PM Training Academy is a provider of project management expertise and training to Houston-area High Schools and School Districts that offer their seniors Career and Technical Education courses. The PM Training Academy's goal is to form strategic partnerships with individual schools or entire school districts to provide classroom-led hands on project management concepts. In doing so, students will earn numerous industry globally-recognized certifications through The Project Management Institute (PMI).
The PM Training Academy is a Houston, Texas-based training company that is a registered PMI Authorized Training Partner of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The course curriculum and training content have been designed and developed to give students a competitive advantage in managing and leading projects.

We know that learning is easier when you have an excellent teacher. Rodney A. Dove, is the Founder, Owner and President of PM Training Academy and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2009 (Credential #1235535).
In March, 2021, Rodney earned the PMI Project Management Ready certification. In April, 2021, he earned the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP, Credential #2998064). In May, 2021, he also earned the PMI Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification.
During the course of his professional career, Rodney has successfully managed multiple types of projects: construction, learning and development, software development (Agile), software implementation, network upgrade, infrastructure, and VOIP (voice over internet protocol).
Rodney is passionate about the subjects he creates and teaches while bringing his real-world experience and enthusiasm into the classroom.
